FC Wrocław Stag was officially founded in early 2026, following what historians describe as “a series of questionable planning decisions made in a pub.”
The club was formed when a group of elite athletes (and lifelong friends) assembled to prepare for the greatest fixture of the year: The Groom’s Final Match Before Marriage.
With flights booked, shirts printed, and absolutely no tactical planning whatsoever, the squad committed themselves to a weekend campaign in the historic footballing city of Wrocław.
Club legend says the team crest was created three pints deep, combining elements of the city’s historic coat of arms with the noble stag, symbolising strength, bravery, and the ability to stay upright after several rounds.
From the beginning, FC Wrocław Stag adopted a simple tactical philosophy, a philosopy still embeded in the club culture.
